Patch Tests and Allergies:

Please note that all Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting treatments require a Patch Test a minimum of up 24hrs prior to treatment, this also includes our Brow Lamination and Lash Lift treatments. Eyelash Extensions do not require a Patch Test, however if you have any sensitivity or have had a reaction in the past, we do highly recommend one.

Patch tests will be required every 6 months and/or if there have been any changes to your medical history.  It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend the Patch Test, any treatments booked without having an up-to-date Patch Test will not go ahead and the full treatment balance will still be due.

Patch Tests are not a guarantee that a reaction will not occur, but more a precaution to minimise risk.

Elevate cannot be held responsible for any side effects or reactions you may have, either now or in the future.  No refunds will be given in the event of a reaction.

 

Arriving on time to your appointment:

We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment.  We have a lovely waiting area for you to relax in if you arrive early, however please bear in mind that if you arrive super early we may still be in with a client or on our break so may not be able to answer the intercom. 

If for any reason you think you are going to be late for an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate.  However, we are only able to hold the appointment slots for 10 minutes, arrivals after that time will result in the treatment not being done and the full balance of the treatment will also be due.

 

Deposits, rescheduling and Cancelations:

At the time of booking you will be asked to leave a 50% deposit, this will be taken from the card details you have on your account.  This deposit then secures the time, day, treatment and therapist you have chosen.

We fully understand that life can get in the way of your well-deserved pamper time and should you ever wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment we ask for a minimum of 48hrs notice, this is to allow us reasonable time to try and fill and that slot again. Failure to give at least 48hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit and a new booking will be required.

If you are a no show to your appointment or reschedule/cancel within 24hrs or less, you will incur a 100% charge.  This charge will be taken from the card you secured the appointment with.

To avoid being charged any fees we please ask that you only make last minute appointments when you are certain you can attend.
